Sometimes you just need someone who is able to describe and explain things in a certain way. In my case Dr. Manfred Winterheller was able to adapt my mindset, not much, but enough to change my life sustainably.

The key to your happiness is to reach your goals what is just another expression for fulfil your dreams. Unfortunately most of the people don’t believe that they are able or allowed to do what they desire and so they never start trying. In my opinion Mr. Winterheller is gifted in finding the right words and examples to strengthen your believe in yourself and with his developed 6 Weeks Training he provides us a simple and easy concept to beginn with chasing your dreams in a structured way.
I really recommend reading this book and if you have the feeling that you could need some motivation then he is for real the right person to help you out. If you decide to read this book and if you’re are not 100% sure if you can execute his measures, some of them are really habit breaking, then I ensure you, you can do it and it will change your life!
