The Styrian Oak, The Governator, Mr. Univers and definitely one of Austria’s flagship model. He earned all these names and his biography was very impressive and at the same time extremely motivating.
I read this book in January 2013, at a time when I was first dealing with my goals for the future and what I learned was that it is normal and quite helpful to have big goals. But it is also written that for big goals you must have persistency and a burning passion to reach your goals. Also very important is to have a rough plan how to get there but at the same time to overengineer every step in detail. As soon you have made your rough plan start acting and go step by step toward you dreams.
In Arni’s Biography you can read that his major goal was to become a Movie Star. His rough plan included to get famous through bodybuilding, got to the USA and become an actor there. On his way happened so many details he couldn’t think of in advance. For instance he made his first Million Dollars not with bodybuilding and also not with movies. But I won’t spoiler here too much so I really recommend reading hist story.
